Sales and Marketing/ Visual Designer- Atlanta, GA — Part Time
Entry Level Position at an emerging financial technology firm.

Lucena Research, a leading quantitative analysis and decision support software provider is seeking a candidate for a dynamic Entry Level position. The position would play a crucial role in our decision to extend a full time offer upon our business growth and needs.

Lucena is looking for fresh talent who is a self-starter and possesses the following skills:

  • Knowledge of graphic design and Web Technology
  • Experience with Word Press
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
  • Experience in operating Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong customer facing presence.

This position would be cross trained in marketing, sales, customer service, client relations, and business operations in order to find the strengths of the individual for future considerations.

We seek to train people, hands-on, from entry level all the way to their aspired management position.

Position will entail:

  1. Ongoing updates to Lucena’s Website and social media channels.
  2. Help translate idea into graphical conceptual design.
  3. Assist in proofreading and coordinating distribution of press releases.
  4. Orchestrate lead generation through various marketing campaigns
  5. Create visual designs such as brochures, banners, and process diagrams.
  6. Create HTML/CSS content for weekly reports, newsletters and upcoming events.
  7. Experience in Adobe Suite or wire framing tools is a plus.
  8. Engage in first level customer service response.
  9. Help with Quality Assurance and Training of our software modules.
